Bishop Peak

Brief Description:
The trail is a steady climb up four switchbacks with a few large rocks suitable to sit on and rest to enjoy the views. Several wild flower species can be spotted along the way. The trail levels out and provides a view of Laguna Lake and Cerro San Luis and then continues along the peak. Be wary of the north facing slopes, they are unstable and full of poison oak. The trail is suitable for dogs on leash, hikers and cyclists.

Trail Access: Patricia Drive Trailhead starts from a dirt utility access road. Bishop Peak is visible from this point.
